North Manchester, Ind. - The Adrian College men's soccer team fell to Manchester University 4-2. In the losing effort sophomore Shayan Shushtari stood out for tge Bulldogs scoring a goal on two shots.

Adrian fell behind early in the match as Manchester senior Julio Luevano found the back of the net just two minutes into the game. The Bulldogs dogs quickly responded as Shushtari scored just 22 seconds later tying the game at 1.

Later in the first half Adrian found themselves trailing by a score of 3 - 1. But in the 38th minute freshman Tad Davis scored on his o ly shot of the game bring the Bulldogs within one going to the half.

Unfortunately Adrian wouldn't score again while giving up another goal in the second half bringing the score to 4 - 2, which would he the final.

The Bulldogs will look to rebound from the loss Wednesday September 16, at 7 p.m. as they open up MIAA action at home against the Albion College Britons.
