NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) released the names of the 92 student-athletes that earned a spot on the All-Academic team for the 2016 season today. The Bulldog men's volleyball team was represented by senior Will Dowdy, sophomore Avery Johnson and freshmen Michael Burkhardt and Tyler Porras.

To qualify for the MCVL All-Academic team, student-athletes must have earned a varsity letter and had a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 for the 2015-16 academic year.

Dowdy, Johnson, Burkhardt and Porras are the first recipients from Adrian College to be named to the MCVL All-Academic team as this was the first season for the Bulldogs as a member of the league as well as the NCAA DIII varsity level.
