Box Score ADRIAN, Mich.--St. Norbert College scored once in each period en route to a hard-fought 3-1 victory over host Adrian College in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association men's hockey game on Friday evening.

= Freshman transfer Dino Balsamo scored the lone goal for the Bulldogs while on the power-play.

= Riley Christensen scored twice for the Green Knights.
= Noah Nelson also had two points with a pair of assists.
= T.J. Black finished with 27 saves.
= Jeremy Olinyk led St. Norbert in the face-off dot, winning 12 of 17 draws.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Roman Uchyn broke a 1-all tie midway through the second period to put SNC ahead for good and Christensen added an insurance tally with 4 minutes and 18 seconds left in the game.
= Balsamo got the Bulldogs on the scoreboard on the power play at the 8:10 mark of the first period. Freshman Vinny Post worked the puck down low and fed up to classmate Joey Colatarci at the blue line. After taking a pass from Colatarci, Balsamo skated to the left face-off circle where he wristed his fourth goal of the season past Black.
= Christensen scored his first goal of the night at 5:41 of the opening stanza.
= The Bulldogs pulled their goalie in the final minutes of the contest, trailing 3-1 at the time. But they were held to only one shot.
= Adrian held a 28-26 shots on goal advantage, including a 15-7 margin in the second period. But Black stopped all 15 shots he faced in those 20 minutes, preserving a 2-1 SNC lead.
= Entmaa stood tall in the first period to limit SNC to the only goal, stopping 13 of 14 shots.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= With the win, SNC evens the all-time series at six wins apiece.
= This mark St. Norbert's first win in five trips to Arrington.
= This was the first meeting since the Bulldogs won their second-straight NCHA Harris Cup championship over SNC, 4-1, at home back on March 5, 2016.
