ADRIAN, Mich. - Kristin Lewicki scored her first hat trick of the season to lead the Bulldogs to a 4-0 win over Northern Collegiate Hockey Association opponent St. Norbert on Friday night in Arrington Ice Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED

First Period: Adrian 2, St. Norbert 0

• Lewicki scored her first goal of three in the first period, Courtney Tyll and Maggie Mitter assisted on the play.

• Sydney Smith scored a power-play goal at the 17:02 mark to put Adrian up 2-0. She was assisted by Lexie Tzafaroglou and Olivia Fox.

• Adrian recorded nine shots on goal. St. Norbert tallied four.

Second Period: Adrian 2. St. Norbert 0

• The Bulldogs recorded 12 shots on goal but couldn't get the puck into the net.

Third Period: Adrian 4, St. Norbert 0

• Lewicki scored both goals in the final period to complete her hat trick and lead the team to a 4-0 win.

• Adrian won the shot battle 32-20 for the game.

• The Bulldogs were 2-7 (.286) on the power play; the Green Knights were 0-4.

• St. Norbert has been shut out the last three games and extended a scoreless streak of 191:43.

• Lewicki finished with three points (3,0). She was the only multi-point scorer in the game.

• Kristi Zink, Courtney Tylle, Sarah Shureb, Maggie Mitter, Kelly O'Sullivan, Olivia Fox, Rylee Bates, Smith, and Tzafaroglou all finished with one point. Smith was the only other goal scorer.

• Jade Walsh (W, 7-1) saved all 20 shots she faced on the way to her first shutout of the season.

• Lexi Pyykkonen led St. Norbert with four shots on goal.
