Box Score ADRIAN, Mich.--The nationally-ranked Adrian College men's hockey team's depth was on display Friday night during a 9-2 win over visiting Aurora University in Northern Collegiate Hockey Association action, as freshman Matt McNair recorded his first career multiple-point game with three points. In all, seven Bulldogs notched at least two points.

= McNair deposited a goal and assisted on two goals by junior alternate captain Taylor McCloy, who finished with an assist for three points as well.
= Sophomore defenseman Cory Dunn led all scorers with five points on a goal and four assists. The five points and four assists are both personal records.
= Sophomore Bryan Yim earned a hat trick--the first for a Bulldog this season--and finished with four points.
= Other offensive standouts: freshman Vincent Paquette (1g, 2a), senior Austin Hervey (1g, 1a) and Kyle Brothers (more on him down below in the "Beyond the Boxscore").
= Junior goalie Dillon Kelley made 18 saves to improve to 3-0 on the season.
= In the face-off circle, junior Austin Rust was 7-3 and Brothers lost only once in seven draws.
THE OPPOSITION
= Rihards Marenis was credited with both Aurora goals.
= Alex Holm chipped in two assists.
= Ron Lindgren and Drew Doyon also got on the scoresheet with an assist apiece.
= Doyon won 21 of 30 face-offs and Raurie Petrich was 8-for-16.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Adrian outshot the Spartans 17 to 4 in the first period en route to a commanding 3-0 lead after 20 minutes, and never looked back.
= The Bulldogs' special teams produced three goals in five man-advantage chances and scored a shorthanded goal off the stick of McCloy to start the scoring in the second period to push Adrian's lead to 4-0. Adrian killed off four-of-five power-plays for Aurora.
= Adrian led 6-0 on goals by Hervey and Yim before Aurora got on the scoreboard with 1 minute and 58 seconds left in the second.
= The Bulldogs completed the scoring symmetry with three more goals in the third period.
= For the contest, Adrian outshot Aurora by a 55-21 margin.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= Adrian leads the all-time series over the Spartans, 3-0.
= With two assists tonight, Adrian junior Kyle Brothers now has 99 career points (38g, 61a).
= Kelley is now 7-1 in his career to move past Bryan Scott (6, 2007-09) into fifth place on the Adrian all-time goalie wins chart.
= Yim takes over the sole top goal-scoring column for Adrian with 11 and now has 18 points on the season. He also has nine goals in eight NCHA contests.
