Box Score ADRIAN, Mich.--Sophomores Shannon Garvey and Emily Somerville led Adrian College with 16 and 13 points, respectively, but visiting Siena Heights overcome a double-digit deficit to clip the Bulldogs, 70-57, in the schools' annual city rivalry game on Tuesday.

TOP 'DAWGS
= Somerville, who played her 2015-16 freshman campaign for the NAIA-scholarship SHU Saints across town, established her career high for points. She added four rebounds.
= Garvey went 6-for-11 from the field and 3-for-4 at the free throw line while grabbing four rebounds.
= Sophomore Alyssa Kubik (8 points) dished a game-high six assists.
= Senior Star Harris (5 points) led Adrian with five rebounds off the bench.
THE OPPOSITION
= Alyssa Larson led three Saints in double figures with 16 points on 6-for-9 shooting and missed a double-double by one rebound with nine caroms. She added two blocked shots.
= Coming off the bench were Demi Russell and Syarra Sellers with 15 and 12 points, respectively.
= Azalea Miller had five assists.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Siena Heights outscored Adrian 27-12 in the third quarter and 15-8 in the fourth to erase an 11-point deficit in the first half.
= After the Saints held a slim 16-14 lead after the opening 10 minutes, the Bulldogs used a 15-2 run to go up 29-18 on a jump shot by junior Ashley Morris (7 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists) with 5 minutes and 40 seconds remaining in the second quarter.
= Larson had a layup with 5:58 remaining in the third quarter to put SHU ahead to stay, 51-49.
= SHU took advantage of 19 Adrian turnovers to score 30 points off those miscues.
= The Saints also outscored the Bulldogs 21-12 on second-chance points and 38-20 in the point. The visitors also used their depth as the bench had 40 points to AC's seven.
= Most of the first half saw six ties and six lead changes.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= Siena Heights is a NAIA-scholarship program affiliated with the Wolverine–Hoosier Athletic Conference. They finished last season ranked 23rd in the NAIA poll and made the NAIA Division II National Tournament.
= The Saints have won the last nine meetings to tie the all-time series 23-23.
