Box Score ADRIAN, Mich.--The Adrian College men's hockey team scored all of its goals on the power play to double up visiting College of St. Scholastica, 4-2, in Northern Collegiate Hockey Association action on Saturday afternoon, which signaled Senior Day for the Bulldogs' Daniel Lisi, Austin Hervey and Michael Hoy.

TOP 'DAWGS
= Juniors Kyle Brothers (2a), Mathew Thompson (1g, 1a) and sophomore Cory Dunn (1g, 1a) enjoyed multi-point performances this afternoon.
= Sophomore goalie Kevin Entmaa (W, 13-5-2) made 25 saves on 27 shots faced and was credited with an assist on Adrian's opening goal.
= Hervey led all student-athletes with 13 face-off wins.
= Sophomore Connor Armour had a team-high-tying five shots on goal and went 7-for-10 on faceoffs.
THE OPPOSITION
= Steven Phee and Kyle Star scored for the Saints. Phee won 11 faceoffs against six losses.
= Brett Radford and Mark Whiteley assisted on Phee's goal.
= Peter Megariotis, a member of 2015-16 Adrian squad before transferring mid-season to CSS, had 38 saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Adrian sophomore Bryan Yim stuffed home a rebound on the edge of the crease to make the score 3-1 with his 13th goal of the season at the 6:45 mark into the second period. Brothers wristed a shot from the left face-off circle that has blocked down by the CSS goalie, then Yim poked the loose puck into the back of the net.
= The Bulldogs outshot the Saints by a 42-27 margin, including 17-9 in the first period.
= The teams traded goals in the third period. Phee scored just 37 seconds in on the power play to close within 3-2 and freshman Vincent Paquette countered almost 2 minutes later to restore the Bulldogs' two-goal lead.
= Adrian and CSS combined for 5-for-18 on the power play with the Bulldogs 4-of-8 and Saints 1-for-10.
= On two occasions, Adrian's penalty-kill successfully defended against a 5-on-3 for about a minute each time with the game close.
= Dunn put Adrian on the board at 12:48 in the first period when he skated coast-to-coast and snapped a shot between the circles.
= Star evened the score 1-1 only 29 seconds later when he intercepted a pass at center ice and outraced two defenders to beat Entmaa between the leg pads.
= The Bulldogs, however, regained the lead for good before the opening stanza ended. Team captain Thompson scored with 1:42 left on nice passing while on the power play.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= Adrian has won the last eight meetings and now lead the CSS Saints, 9-1-2, in the all-time series that began during the 2013-14 season. And in four of the last five between the teams, AC has won 4-2.
= The six-game winning streak is the longest for the Bulldogs this season.
= The Bulldogs were 45-36 at the face-off dot.
= Dunn increased his NCAA Division III defenseman-point scoring lead to 34 (8g, 26a).
= In a pregame ceremony, Hervey, Hoy and Lisi were recognized for their contributions to the program. Lisi (15+17=32, 83 games) is a two-year alternate captain who joined Adrian midway through the 2014-15 season after transferring from Division I Sacred Heart. Hervey (26+25=51, 96) was a 2017 BNY Mellon Wealth Management Hockey Humanitarian Award semifinalist (one of just two in Division III) and 2016 Harris Cup All-Tournament Team member. Hoy (9+27=36, 95), a two-time D3hockey.com National Team of the Week honoree, is an Academic All-NCHA standout like Lisi and Hervey.
= Entmaa now has three assists this season and four in his career to set Adrian goalie records for those categories.
