HOW IT HAPPENED
The pair traded quality shots throughout the first 45-minutes of the contest, but neither were able to get themselves on the board. The Bulldogs owned a 4-1 shots on-goal lead heading into halftime.
After what looked to be another scoreless stanza, Adrian posted its first goal in the 61st minute. The goal was props to a Zach Combs penalty kick. Combs now has two goals on the season.
Adrian secured the victory as Dylan Wismont recorded the game-winning goal at 68:23, his team-best third goal of the season, with help from Elliot Hughes.
The Bulldogs are off to a beautiful start to the 2019 season, going 4-0 to open the season for the first time in program history.
