ADDISON, Ill.--The Adrian College women's bowling team rolled a 7471 pinfall total over the weekend at the Kegel/ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic to finish 44th place out of 57 teams. The two-day format for the tournament was five individual games and 20 baker games.

For the four individual team games, the Bulldogs started with a 838 series. They slowed down the next two games with a 717 and a 853. They came out with their best individual team set of the day with a 974 for game four. They finished their last game with a 794, which landed the team in 41st after day one. They slowed down a little during bakers during day two to drop them three spots for their final placing

Individually, senior Jordyn Stone led the Bulldogs by throwing a 909 series for five games, averaging 181.8. Stone landed in 96th place out of 364 individuals. Sophomore Kylie Middleton was close behind with a 894 series for five games, averaging 178.8. Middleton landed in 106th place. Freshman Megan Staley finished with a 787 series for five games. Junior Erica Jones threw a 784 series for five games. Sophomore Kailee Treloar threw a 698 for four games. Sophomore Nicole Discenna also threw a game for the Bulldogs.

St. Francis-Illinois (8944 pins) took first place for the tournament team standings, followed by Wichita State (8883) and Mount Mercy (8789).

The Adrian Bulldogs will be traveling to Pittsburgh, Pa., for their last two American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference tournaments on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 25-26.
