Box Score HANCOCK, Mich. – The Adrian College women's hockey team traveled to Finlandia for a NCHA conference matchup. The team came out on top with a 7-0 victory with the help of a three-point night from Une Bjelland.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Bulldogs struck early in the first period with a goal off of the stick of Bjelland. Seven minutes later, Adrian executed on a power play and took a 2-0 lead on a goal from Rylee Bates. With under two minutes to play in the first period, Julia Barrett found the back of the net to make it three unanswered goals. Forty seconds later, Kelly O'Sullivan netted a goal from an assist from Bjelland and Jessica Anderson.
Very little action happened in the second period, but Jessica VonRuden scored the teams fifth goal of the game to take a 5-0 lead. With a shutout heading into the third period, the Bulldogs did not let up. Brianna Buchanan scored thirty seconds into the period to take a 6-0 lead. With the Bulldogs down a player, Bjelland scored the team's third shorthanded goal of the season to lead 7-0 and close out the game.

Bjelland finished the game with three points on two goals and one assist.
Sophie Goldberg made 11 saves in goal to help Adrian to a shutout.
