ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 1 hockey team competed three times at the Arrington Ice Arena over the weekend, winning all three contests to move to 5-0 on the season.

Thursday night's matchup saw the Bulldogs take down the Midland University Warriors in a spirited tilt, 4-1. Sophomore forward
Tess McKerrow finished with a goal and an assist, while forwards
Ashlynn Stitt,
Hailey Wiltshire and defenseman
Cece Werner provided the rest of the scoring. Freshman goaltender
Judith Schneider secured the win in goal.

Saturday night's contest featured the Bulldogs taking on CCWHA opponents Concordia University-Ann Arbor for the second time this season, coming out on top 6-2. Senior forward
Gabby Jex finished the night with two goals, while sophomores
Allison Shaw and
Tess McKerrow both finished with a goal and two assists.
Erika McDonald and
Cece Werner each had goals of their own to round out the offense. Goaltender
Chloe Burt stopped 20 of 22 shots for her second win of the season.

To close out the weekend, the Bulldogs then welcomed back Midland University, taking them down, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon. Freshman forward
Ashlynn Stitt had the lone goal in the game just 4:26 into the first period, bringing her total to five on the year.
Judith Schneider made 14 saves in the win, earning her first collegiate shutout victory.

The WD1 Bulldogs will use this upcoming week to prepare for the last of their three friendly exhibition tune-ups as they take on the London Devilettes of the PWHL next Sunday at the Arrington Ice Arena. Puck drop at 1:00PM.
