ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College women's wrestling team fell to cross town rivals Siena Heights, 27-20 Sunday.
The Bulldogs won four out of the 10 matches in this afternoon's dual against the Saints.
Sophomore Carleigh Czerneski and freshman Isabella Richardson both had strong performances today, winning their respective matches.
Junior Aspen Dodge of the 155 class followed up her third place finish at the Albion Invitational by defeating Zoë Hussar (Siena Heights) via Fall this afternoon.
Freshman Clarissa Agostini, the 6th ranked wrestler in this month's NWCA Coaches Rankings has been consistent throughout the entire season for the Bulldogs. Today, Agostini continued her strong play this afternoon with another win, this time over Bo Geibe (Siena Heights) via Tech Fall, adding four points for the Bulldogs.
Up Next: The Bulldogs will have an extended break before they travel to NWCA Multi-Divisional National Duals in Louisville, Kentucky on January 6 and 7 to begin the 2023 calendar year.
