ALBION, Mich. -- The Adrian College Equestrian Team wrapped up their fall season by hosting a show at Albion College this past Saturday. The team knocked it out of the park. Not only did they run an organized, successful show, they also earned the AM and PM high point award! The team now stands in 1st place overall in the region.

Lori Girrbach (senior & team captain) - 1st place open reining in the AM & PM show. Girrbach was also the PM reserve high point rider!
Sommer Cavazos (senior) - 1st place beginner horsemanship during the PM show!Â
Alyvia Zamora (junior) - 1st place beginner horsemanship during the AM show!
Gracie Jennings (junior) - for her first time competing in level 2, Jennings took 1st in the AM ranch riding class and 1st in the PM level 2 horsemanship! Jennings was also the AM high point rider!
Rachel Bowers (sophomore) - 1st place open horsemanship during the AM show!
Alyssa Luzkow (sophomore) - 1st place level 2 horsemanship during the AM show. Luzkow was also the AM reserve high point rider and qualified for regionals in level 2 horsemanship & ranch riding!
Christopher Warwick (freshman) - 1st place level 1 horsemanship during the PM show!

The stock team will start their spring season on Sunday, January 29th at MSU. The MSU show is the last of the regular season. With this being said, if the team ends the regular season in 1st place, they will be invited to compete at semi-finals as a team! GO BULLDOGS!
