ADRIAN, Mich.. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 1 hockey team won twice and lost once over the weekend, splitting their series with No. 9 Maryville University before shutting out No. 6 University of Michigan, 1-0, over the weekend.
Friday night's opening contest saw the Bulldogs handle the Saints of Maryville by a 5-2 score.

Erika McDonald provided the goals for Adrian, while goaltender
Judith Schneider made 27 saves on 29 shots for the victory in goal.
The Bulldogs and Saints battled back and forth in Saturday's series finale, but it was the Saints who came out on top in this one.

Reid Bahr made 20 saves in the loss.
The Bulldogs would then travel to Ann Arbor on Sunday, in hopes to close out their weekend on a high note, where they did just that in simple fashion.

Chloe Burt was all Adrian needed in order to distinguish the Wolverines.
The WD1 Bulldogs will face off against No. 5 Indiana Tech University this coming weekend in a home and home series, looking to continue their strong start to 2023. Puck drop on Friday goes for 3:00 PM at the Arrington Ice Arena and 3:00 PM in Fort Wayne on Saturday afternoon.
