ADRIAN, Mich.. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team swept Maryville University over the weekend, in a two-game set at the Arrington Ice Arena.

Game one of the series resulted in a 2-0 win for the Bulldogs, on goals from Bria Hirschman and Emma Stanley. Goaltender Julianna Johnson made 9 saves in the shutout victory. The Bulldogs would then close out the series with a 6-1 win over the Saints on Saturday, thanks to a hat-trick from Jasmine Reibel and goals from Jillian Eggleston, Claire Aimes, and freshman Aniston Atkinson, who potted her first collegiate goal in the contest. Goaltender Hannah Taylor made 7 saves in the victory.

The WD2 Bulldogs will take on Loyola University Chicago at the Arrington Ice Arena on February 11^th at 8:00 PM and 12^th at 1:00 PM. Game two of that series will feature a Senior Day ceremony before puck drop to celebrate the class of 2023.
