KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Adrian College women's soccer team drops a tough game to Kalamazoo College, 2-1.
In the first half, Adrian had seven shots on goal compared to three shots from Kalamazoo. The only difference was the Hornets were able to capitalize at the 36
th minute mark to make to the score, 1-0. Both teams were held to only two corner kicks in the first half.
The second half was silent until
Annamarie Fosmoen scored a goal at the 76
th minute to tie the game up, 1-1. With about five minutes to go in the game a Kalamazoo goal was scored to take the lead, 2-1. Adrian held Kalamazoo to a total of six shots the entire game, but the Hornets took advantage of their opportunities and the final score was, 2-1. The Bulldogs ended the game with 16 shots with eight of them on goal.
Gabrielle Fallon Revels was in goal for Adrian as she totaled one save on the night.
The Bulldogs will host their final game of the regular season against Alma College on Tuesday, October 24
th at 7:00 PM!
