ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 1 hockey team swept Concordia University (MI) in a home and home series on Friday and Saturday, winning 8-0 and 6-3.
The Bulldogs dominated in game one of the series, finding the net eight times on 53 shots.

Neleh Wood all scored for Adrian while
Kali Foerster also found twine for her first ACHA goal. Goaltender
Jordan Hunt made 16 saves for the road shutout win.
Adrian opened up the scoring at home on Saturday, with
Ashlynn Stitt scoring her second of the season.
Taylor Robinson, Wiltshire, White, and
Macy Piche would then score to put the Bulldogs up 5-0 after two periods. The Cardinals would then open the third period with three unanswered goals before Shaw, who finished the weekend with three goals and three assists, would add another to secure the 6-3 win for Adrian. Goaltender

The WD1 Bulldogs will welcome the Minot State University Beavers to town this coming weekend for a two-game series on October 28-29. Puck drops on Saturday at 7:00 PM and on Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Arrington Ice Arena.
