ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Men's Rugby team demolished Trine University on Saturday morning at home, defeating the Thunder, 74-14.

The Bulldogs received three tries from Mychal Andrews, two tries from Kairo Norman, and a try each from Carson Robl, Jayden Ramsey, Themba Mazibuko, Max Miller, Matagi Fa'avale, Joshua Gatewood, and Chris Candelario.

Quinn Murray also converted seven times for the Bulldogs in the game. Head Coach, Zac Mizell, mentioned after the game, "It was a breakout game for freshman Mychal Andrews with three tries and the first two tries for Senior and dual-sport athlete Kairo Norman. We will look to build upon this performance as we head into our first Midwest Conference game against in-state rival Davenport next weekend." 

The team will travel to Davenport University next weekend on October 14 for a 4:00 PM kick-off, their first conference matchup of the season.
