ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Esports team competed at the Blockhouse MIAA playoff tournament over the weekend, with their Call of Duty team capturing the championship title.

The Call of Duty team defeated Albion and Trine on their way to the finals, taking down Alma College in the finale by a score of 3-0 thanks to an HP 250-33, SND 6-1, Control 3-0 stat line.

Adrian had three other teams competing at the tournament (Super Smash Bros Ultimate and two Rocket League teams) but none were able to clinch their respective titles. The Rocket League teams did finish in third and fourth place while Smash Bros was eliminated in round one.
