GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- On Tuesday afternoon Jules Johnson and Ellie Himebauch picked up three points for the women's tennis team in their loss to Calvin University 6-3. 

Johnson and Himebauch defeated Emily Schellenboom and Catherine Grissom 8-2 in their doubles match Tuesday afternoon. The duo is now 4-2 in doubles play together and the two have now won three straight matches together. 

In singles play, Johnson would win her match against Tessa Holman two sets to zero, while her partner Himebauch won in three sets against Calvin's Maggie Shoemaker.  Johnson has now won three out of her past four singles matches, while Himebauch is now 7-3 in her past 10 singles appearances.
