ADRIAN, MICH. - The Adrian College men's soccer team continued their unbeaten streak, securing a 2-0 victory against Kalamazoo College on Saturday afternoon at Docking Stadium, bringing their record to an impressive 10-0-1 this season. Before the match, the team honored their Senior Class of 2025.
The first half saw a stalemate, with both teams struggling to find the back of the net despite Adrian's four attempts on goal. Stellar goalkeeping on both ends kept the score level, as Adrian's defense also stepped up, holding Kalamazoo to two shots.
The breakthrough came in the 66th minute when senior Dante Perri was fouled in the box, earning a penalty kick that he confidently converted to break the deadlock. Just ten minutes later, sophomore Alex Greene sealed the victory with a well-placed goal, assisted by Dante Grasso.
Throughout the match, Adrian's defense was rock solid, holding Kalamazoo scoreless while managing 10 total shots, five of which were on target.
Adrian will travel to Albion, Michigan to face Albion College on October 15 at 7:00 PM for their next match.
