ANGOLA, Ind. -- The Adrian College men's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season on Wednesday, falling to the Trine Thunder, 3-2.
The Bulldogs opened the scoring in the twentieth minute off a Trine own goal, but the Thunder responded with three goals of their own to go up 3-1. In the seventy-first minute, Adrian's
Dante Grasso scored to make it a one-goal game, with an assist to
Chris Czyz, but it wasn't enough as the Thunder fended off the Bulldogs for the win. The Bulldogs were also out-shot in the contest, 17-8.

Simon Dawid,
Aidan Leline,
Brady Musser, and
Brett Wojkowski played all ninety minutes while goalkeeper,
Eli Sizemore, made four saves in defeat.
With the loss, the Adrian College men's soccer team move to 11-1-2 on the season and 2-1-2 in MIAA conference play. The team returns to action this Saturday, October 26 at Hope College for a 5:00 PM kick.
