ALBION, Mich. -- The Adrian College football team fell to Albion College on the road on Saturday by a 38-27 score. The Bulldogs now sit 4-1 on the season.
The Bulldogs received offensive touchdowns from 
Jalen Wallace, 
Ryan Brumley, and 
Khris Crumsey in the loss. Adrian quarterback, 
Jake Kelbert, who went 36-46 and threw for two touchdowns and 220 yards on the day, set a new Bulldog program record for completions in a game (36). The previous record was held by Mike McGee who made 33 completions on October, 30, 2010.
Shondel Hardnett led the Bulldogs with 54 rushing yards today, while Wallace led in the receiving category with 13 receptions and 93 yards. 
Caid Fox finished right behind him in the air with 10 receptions for 81 yards. On defense, 
Trey Brueggemann and 
Dominick Louagie forced fumbles in the game and 
Quincy Dorsey had one interception and ran it in for a touchdown.
The Adrian College football team will enter a bye week and then return to the field on October 19 when they host Calvin at Docking Stadium for Family Weekend.
