ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College men's soccer team is preparing to hit the road for a contest with the Albion College Britons on Saturday afternoon for round one of the MIAA Conference Playoff Tournament. The No. 5 seeded Bulldogs will kick-off against the No. 4 seeded Britons at 1:00 PM EST on November 2 at Alumni Field in Albion, Michigan. Leading the way for Adrian was freshman goalkeeper,
Eli Sizemore, who started 14 of the team's 16 games in the regular season. Sizemore exceeded expectations in goal for his team, stopping 79 shots for a 1.08 goals-against-average, an .840 save percentage, and 7 shutouts over 1,272+ minutes of play. On offense,
Alex Greene steered the the ship, garnering 6 goals, including 3 game-winners, and 29 shot attempts over 15 games played and 1,042 minutes. As a squad, Adrian scored a total of 31 goals in 16 games, registering 161 shot attempts, 89 shots on goal, and 68 corner kicks.
