ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Women's ACHA Division 2 hockey team hosted Bowling Green State University on Sunday at the Arrington Ice Arena, but fell to the Falcons in overtime, 2-1.

Bulldog forward, Gabby Brumme, scored with 31 seconds remaining in the game to force overtime, but Adrian fell short as BGSU scored just over two minutes in to the extra frame to secure the win. Adrian freshman goalie, Chalee Ridenour, drawed in for her first game of the season and made 20 saves in the overtime loss.

The WD2 Bulldogs will travel to Illinois and Missouri this weekend for a three-game road trip. The Bulldogs will face off against the Illinois Fighting Illini on Friday, before taking on the Maryville Saints on Saturday and Sunday.
