SANDUSKY, Ohio. -- The Adrian College women's bowling team placed fourth out of nine teams at AHBA 3 on the weekend, scoring a total of 4,752 points, while Adrian's
Hollie Wendel placed first individually with a score of 842 over four games.
Wendel rolled a marvelous 211, 169, 266, and 196 to finish first individually in her four games. The Bulldogs finished top-five for the first time this season, with bowlers Wendel,
Victoria McLaughlin,
Sydney Chesher,
Keigan Schuster,
Cat Tucker,
Mara Knochs, and
Elizabeth Grady all contributing to the fourth place finish.
The Adrian College women's bowling team will next compete at the Halo Classic (November 8) and the AC Open (November 9), hosted by the Bulldogs this coming weekend at the Lenawee Rec Center.Â
