ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College baseball team face No. 3 Baldwin Wallace University on Saturday night. Baldwin Wallace got the best of the Bulldogs and came away with a 15-5 win. Adrian moves to 7-5 on the season.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Baldwin Wallace grabbed a quick 4-0 lead in the top of the first.
• In the bottom of the first, AJ Miranda doubled to centerfield scoring Nic Bruder. Ryan Davis also doubled in a run to make it a 4-2 game.
• Adrian added another run in the bottom of the second on an RBI single from Brendan Willadsen.
• Baldwin Wallace went on to add four runs in the third inning and three in the fourth to lead 11-3.
• Baldwin Wallace added another run in the sixth inning which was answered by an Adrian two-run homer from Willadsen to bring the score to 12-5.
• Baldwin added runs in the seventh, eighth, and ninth inning to win 15-5.
• Willadsen and Davis recorded three hits each while Edward Wagner added two.
• Daniel Gutierrez recorded his first loss of the season on the mound throwing three innings while allowing six earned runs on seven hits.
