In game one Hope started the game off in the bottom of the first inning earning a 3-0 lead. Hope ended up scoring again in the bottom of the third inning to make it 4-0. Adrian was held scoreless until the top of the sixth inning when
Karson Bagelmann doubled to score
Meghan Lupu for their first run of the game. Hope tallied another run in the bottom of the sixth and held Adrian scoreless in the seventh to defeat Adrian, 5-1.
Bagelmann led Adrian with a team-high two hits and an RBI.

Genna Marasco and Lupu were the only other Bulldogs to record a hit. Bagelmann added a stolen base as
Macee Schang earned the loss while allowing on five hits and striking out two.
In game two Adrian took the lead in the first inning off a double from
Maggie Leveille to go up, 1-0. In the bottom of the second inning, Lupu scored off a fielder's choice and then later in the inning
Flesia Borck stole home to give Adrian a 3-0 lead. Hope responds with three runs in the fourth inning to tie the game up at 3. Hope added three more runs in the fifth inning to record a 6-3 lead. Another Leveille double, a DeChalk single, and a
Paige Stein single brought some life and tied the game up at 6 with two innings to play. In the top of the sixth inning, Hope knocked in two more runs to give them a two-run advantage. In the top of the seventh Hope recorded three hits and scored two more runs to go up 10-6 with the Bulldogs final at-bat of the night. The Bulldogs could not get going in their final at-bat and lost to Hope, 10-6.
To lead Adrian in game two was Leveille, DeChalk, and Lupu all recording two hits each. Leveille led with two RBIs and Borck led with two stolen bases.
Abbi Patton took the loss allowing 14 hits and striking out five.
Adrian will look to bounce back tomorrow on the road against Albion College at 1 & 3 PM!
