ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College football team has broken into the Top 25 for the first time this season. In the latest D3football.com National Poll, the Bulldogs are ranked No. 25 with a perfect 6-0 record.
Adrian is coming off a dominant 48-17 road win over Calvin University. Quarterback Noah Beaudrie led the way, accounting for six total touchdowns—three through the air and three on the ground.
The Bulldogs remain the only undefeated team in the MIAA and are tied for first place in the conference with a 3-0 record. Defensively, Adrian continues to shine on the national stage. They lead the country in turnover margin, rank third in total defense (178.7 yards allowed per game), fifth in scoring defense (9.7 points per game), and fourth in rushing defense (44.3 yards per game).
Hope College is the only other MIAA team ranked in the Top 25, currently sitting at No. 19. Alma College is also receiving votes.
Adrian returns to action on Saturday, October 25, when they host Hope College in a Top-25 showdown at Docking Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM.
