FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon, with Adrian College earning three selections. The Bulldogs were represented by two football standouts and one men's basketball player.
Quarterback Noah Beaudrie was named Football Offensive Athlete of the Week for the second time this season. Beaudrie put together another dominant performance on Saturday, completing 36 of 47 passes for 436 yards and three touchdowns. He also led the team on the ground, rushing for 82 yards on 12 carries and adding three more touchdowns.
On the defensive side, Liam Karry earned Football Defensive Athlete of the Week honors. Karry anchored the Bulldog defense with 10 solo tackles, including one sack. He also recorded a quarterback hurry and forced two fumbles in the win.
From the hardwood, Seth Logan was recognized as the Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week after an impressive showing in the team's season-opening weekend. Logan averaged 31 minutes per game while totaling 43 points and 14 rebounds. He shot 41.4% from the field and 35.3% from three-point range, while also adding three steals, three assists, and two blocks.
