ADRIAN, Mich. – D3football.com announced its All-American Teams for the 2025 season on Monday afternoon, with three members of the Adrian College football team earning national recognition. Offensive lineman
Joe Pruchnic and punter
Cooper Tracy were named Second Team All-Americans, while defensive back
Ethan Burrows earned Third Team All-American honors.
Pruchnic added to an already decorated season after earning First Team All-MIAA and First Team All-Region honors. He anchored an offensive line that helped lead the Bulldogs to 181.7 rushing yards per game and 280.2 passing yards per game. Across 330 passing attempts, Pruchnic allowed just one sack and only three quarterback hurries. He becomes the first Adrian College offensive lineman to earn All-American honors since Todd Alcock in 1996 and just the fourth offensive lineman in program history to receive the distinction.
Tracy earned Second Team All-American honors after also being named First Team All-MIAA and First Team All-Region. He set a new program single-season record by averaging 42.96 yards per punt. Tracy recorded a season-long punt of 62 yards and had three punts of 50 yards or more. He also pinned opponents inside the 20-yard line on 12 occasions. Tracy becomes the fourth kicking specialist in program history to earn All-American honors and the first since Cameron Cook in 2017.
Burrows capped off a historic season by earning his third All-American honor of the year. He was previously named First Team All-American by the AFCA and Second Team All-American by the Associated Press before earning Third Team All-American recognition from D3football.com. Burrows also garnered First Team All-MIAA and First Team All-Region honors. He finished the season with 46 total tackles, including 31 solo stops, 6.5 tackles for loss, five pass breakups, and an NCAA Division III-leading eight interceptions, averaging 0.80 interceptions per game.
This is the first time since 2004 that Adrian College football has produced three All-Americans in the same season. Adrian led the MIAA with three D3football.com All-American selections, followed by Hope College with two and Alma College with one.
