ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The Adrian College synchronized skating teams traveled to Ann Arbor for the 29th annual Dr. Porter Classic on Saturday, December 6th.
The Open Collegiate team started off the weekend with their freeskate earning them 33. 44 points and a 5th place finish out of 8 teams.
The Collegiate team finished off the day with their freeskate earning them 99.40 points and a pewter medal, out of 10 teams. This was a 19 point increase from the Boston Classic, and the second highest freeskate score in Adrian History.
The next synchronized skating event will be the U.S Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships on January 22-24th.
