ANGOLA, Ind. -- The Adrian College Men's Basketball team dropped its road contest on Saturday to the Thunder of Trine University, 92-65. 

The Bulldogs hung around in the early stages, holding the Thunder to within 5 points at the halfway mark of the first half. From there, the Thunder would score 9 unanswered, closing out the first half with a score of 46-19.

Nick Seifert led the scoring for the Bulldogs, contributing 15 points and 2 rebounds, while Josh Rechsteiner also contributed 13 points and 6 rebounds, shooting 4-6 from the field. 

With this loss, the Bulldogs fall to 6-13 on the season and remain .500 at 4-4 in conference play. 

The Bulldogs will look to push this loss aside as they take on The University of Olivet at home on Wednesday, February 5th. Tip-off for that contest is slated for 7:30 PM ET at The Merillat Sport and Fitness Center.
