CINCINNATI, Ohio. -- The Adrian College men's volleyball team suffered a MCVL conference road loss to Mount St. Joseph on Friday night in Cincinnati, dropping three close sets.

The Bulldogs battled hard keeping each set close, but fall to 5-15 on the season and 1-3 in MCVL play with Friday's defeat.

Beck Fieldhouse carried his team in the effort, grabbing 12 kills and 5 digs, while producing a .267 attack percentage. Carson Bell delivered 2 service aces and 3 kills, and Sam Landers grabbed 8 kills and 8 digs. Rolen Maclin also registered 8 digs for Adrian in the loss as the Bulldogs dropped three extremely tight sets, 26-24, 25-23, and 28-26; a performance that could've gone either way in each battle.

The Bulldogs remain in Ohio tomorrow for an away match-up with Wittenberg in Springfield at 1:00 PM.
