ADRIAN, Mich. – The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) announced the 2024-25 NCHA All-Academic Team on Friday. The Adrian College NCAA men's hockey team totaled 24 student-athletes on the All-Academic Team while the Adrian College NCAA women's hockey team totaled 20.
 
To be eligible for the NCHA All-Academic Team, the student-athlete must have held a 3.30 GPA or higher during the academic year.
 
The honorees for the men's team are, Ian Amsbaugh, Cam Babiak, Jackson Bernard, Will Bowman, David Clarke, Matt Couto, Julien Jacob, Ben Loreto, Alec Lovisek, Austin McCarthy, Anthony Mollica, Ryder Nienhuis, Devyn Orpana, Ryan Pitoscia, Carter Real, Patrick Saini, Bradley Somers, Anton Sorensen, Dershahn Stewart, Nolan Suggs, Frank Tafelski, Theo Thrun, Ryan Vellucci, and Colin Whaley.
 
Earning All-Academic Team honors from the women's team are Karmen Anderson, Gia Avalone, Courtney Ben, Parker Beyer, Carly Carpenter, Aileena Dopheide, Annika Hanson, Allie Hubenschmidt, Jocelin Hudanish, Erika Johnson, Riley Johnson, Zoe Lohrei, Olivia Marcinkowski, Nicole Pietrucha, Hunter Reardon, Maya Roy, Vanessa Ruban, Kiera Stack, Kathryn Truban, and Callie Wollschlager.
 
Both programs ranked third in the 10-team conference in most student-athletes on the All-Academic Team. Congratulations to these 44 student-athletes on their academic success!
