ADRIAN, Mich. – The 2025–26 season is fast approaching for the Adrian College NCAA Division III men's hockey team, and the Bulldogs have officially announced their schedule. Following an 18-10-1 campaign last season, Adrian is aiming to build on that success as they gear up for another challenging slate of games.
The Bulldogs will open the season on the road with their annual two-game series against Utica University, last season's national runner-up after a heartbreaking overtime loss to Hobart College in the championship. The season-opening series is set for October 31 and November 1.
Adrian will then dive into Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) play with back-to-back road series at Marian University and Aurora University, before returning home for a seven-game stretch at Arrington Ice Arena.
The home stand begins with conference matchups against Lawrence University and Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), followed by a non-conference series against Hiram College, a new addition to Division III hockey.
To start the new year, Adrian will face Aurora in a non-conference series and host Trine University for a single game, followed by a road exhibition against the USA Hockey National Team Development Program (U18). In the second semester, the Bulldogs will host Lake Forest College and Concordia University Wisconsin, while traveling to the University of Dubuque and St. Norbert College for additional NCHA contests. The regular season will conclude with a home-and-home series against conference rival Trine University.
The NCHA Harris Cup Playoffs begin with the quarterfinals on February 20–21, followed by the semifinals on February 28, and the Harris Cup Final on March 7. The NCAA Tournament will kick off with first-round action on March 14, followed by the quarterfinals on March 21. The season culminates at the Division III Men's Frozen Four, scheduled for March 26–28 in Utica, N.Y.
