UPLAND, Ind. - The Adrian College women's rugby team hit the road in dominant fashion on Saturday morning, sweeping Taylor University in a trio of shutout victories.
The Bulldogs wasted no time asserting themselves, opening the day with a 34-5Â win. They followed it up with a commanding 24-5Â performance and closed out the sweep with a 22-5Â victory to finish 3-0 on the day.
Jersey Wilson led the offensive charge with seven tries across the three matches. Madisyn McDonald added two tries of her own and with seven conversion attempts, contributing significantly to Adrian's point totals. Abigail Raftis scored three tries, while Joise Hause and Kaydee Richardson also added a try to round out the scoring.
The Bulldogs will be back in action on Saturday, October 4th, when they travel to Winona Lake, Indiana, to face Grace College (Ind.).Â
