CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Adrian College Women's Wrestling team headed to Cedar Rapids, Iowa Friday morning through Saturday afternoon to compete in one of the most competitive national duals, the NWCA National Duals. The Bulldogs finished the tournament in 11th place.

In the opening championship round, Adrian fell to Pacific University, 31–17, however, Adrian responded emphatically in the first consolation round with a dominant 40–5 victory over Marymount. In Consolation Round 2, Adrian battled Eastern in a tightly contested match, falling just short, 25–21. On Saturday, Adrian advanced to the semifinals, where Schreiner University claimed a 29–20 victory. Adrian closed the tournament on a high note in the third-place match, defeating Albion 31–15.
