BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced its Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon, with Adrian College football's Riley Dunbar earning MIAA Football Special Teams Athlete of the Week honors.

The Bulldogs traveled to nationally ranked Hope College on Saturday, narrowly falling to the Flying Dutchmen, 24-22. Dunbar made a significant impact on special teams, returning a kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown to contribute to Adrian's scoring effort. He also contributed in the passing game, recording two receptions for 26 yards, including a long of 17 yards.

Adrian returns to action this Saturday, Oct. 24, hosting Trine University at 1 p.m.
