ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College baseball team opened the series with Albion College on Thursday afternoon. The No. 25 Bulldogs the Bulldogs picked up their 14^th win of the season and bounced back to move to 2-2 in the MIAA standings with a 6-0 shutout over Albion.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Bulldogs scored four runs in the third inning after taking advantage of four free bases with the bases loaded. Jake Burns was hit by a pitch before Casey Finn, Rolando Jimenez, and Jack Boike all drew walks.
• Adrian didn't score again until the seventh inning when Jimenez drove in a run on an RBI triple before a single by Brendan Willadsen to make it 6-0.
• Landon Kozlowski pitched seven innings on the mound where he allowed no runs on two hits with one walk and seven strikeouts. Parker Faris pitched a scoreless inning in relief.
• Adrian finished the day with ten hits including two from Willadsen and two from Nic Bruder. Jimenez led the team with a pair of RBIs while Casey Finn walked three times.

 The Bulldogs will have a quick turnaround and start the series with Calvin University on Friday, April 3 at Nicolay Field with a doubleheader starting at 1PM.
