ADRIAN, Mich. – Adrian College Athletic Director Craig Rainey '89 has announced the promotion of Lori (Girrbach) Rashley to head coach of the Adrian College equestrian team.

Rashley assumes the role as part of a restructuring of the equestrian coaching staff. Troy Prime will transition to Director of Equestrian, Jody Prime will remain as assistant coach, and Kody Rashley has been named a volunteer assistant coach.

A former Bulldog student-athlete, Rashley competed for the Adrian College equestrian team from 2019-23 and served as team captain from 2021-23. She graduated in the spring of 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, a minor in psychology, and a certificate in financial planning.

During her collegiate career, Rashley earned back-to-back IHSA Regional High-Point Rider honors and qualified for the IHSA National Championships, where she finished among the top three riders in the nation. Following graduation, she remained with the program as a volunteer assistant coach for the past three seasons.

Outside of collegiate competition, Rashley has competed in ApHC and AQHA horse shows, earning multiple world and national championships in horsemanship and other all-around events.

Rashley will immediately begin overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Adrian College equestrian program as she prepares the Bulldogs for the 2026-27 season.
