2011 (Junior): Named First Team All-MIAA...named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week in week nine...ranked tied for seventh in the MIAA in assists with six...played in 21 games and made 20 starts...scored three times and finished with 12 points...notched a goal in back-to-back matches at Saint Mary’s and Calvin...had a pair of assists in 2-1 win over Albion on Nov. 1...had a goal and assist against Olivet on Oct. 29...attempted 14 shots with six on net (.429)...had the game-winning goal at Saint Mary’s on Oct. 18.

2010 (Sophomore): Played in 13 games and made 18 starts...scored two goals at Olivet and Saint Mary’s...had six assists...scored all three goals against Rivier in Adrian’s 3-0 win.

2009 (Freshman): Played in 13 games and made three starts against Trine, Rochester and Albion in the MIAA Tournament...scored a goal at Olivet and also added an assist in a 3-0 win...had one assist against Huntington and Rochester...took three shots with one shot on goal for the season.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science with a minor in business...daughter of Dan and Sharon Vaassen...attended Saline High School...earned two varsity letters in basketball and soccer for the Hornets...named Most Improved Player in basketball as a junior...named All-State honorable mention in soccer as a senior...member of the honor roll for four years...favorite sports teams are US Soccer and Manchester United...favorite athletes are Cristiano Ronaldo, Abby Wambach and Alex Morgan...favorite TV shows are Whose Line Is It Anyway?, The Office and New Girl...favorite movies are Bridesmaids and Remember the Titans...favorite musicians are John Mayer, Zac Brown Band and Luke Bryan.
