The Adrian College Athletics Department and the Men's Lacrosse team announced in May 2024 that Kyle Hibbard will be the new Assistant Coach for Adrian Men's Lacrosse. Hibbard spent the 2024 season as a volunteer on Head Coach Brett Wetzel's staff.
Hibbard graduated from Aquinas College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies while playing for the school's men's lacrosse team. He also has previous lacrosse coaching experience at Aquinas and Northwood University, where he was the team's defensive coordinator.
Coach Wetzel was ecstatic to have Hibbard on a full-time basis going forward, expressing Hibbard's well-deserved job elevation. "Kyle did a great job for us in the spring of 2024 in a volunteer role working with our defensive core. I'm very excited to be elevating him into the top assistant role for the upcoming season."
