Adrian's men's basketball team dropped a 93-46 exhibition contest on Friday night in their tuneup for the upcoming season. Jovon Mosley led the Bulldogs with 12 points and eight rebounds in 17 minutes.
Adrian scored 25 points in the first half and shot 35.7 percent from the field. The Bulldogs had 21 points in the second half and finished the game shooting 23.8 percent (15-of-63). Both teams each grabbed 43 rebounds as Adrian did well on the offensive glass with 18 rebounds.
Adrian had 11 different players in the scoring column as Michael Staley had seven points including a 5-of-6 night at the free throw line. The biggest stat of the night came at the charity stripe as Detroit was 32-of-44 while Adrian was 14-of-21.
Adrian starts the regular season on Nov. 15 as they travel to Division II Saginaw Valley State.
