Box Score ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College
Volleyball team fought back in the third set after dropping the
first two against Alma. The Bulldogs were unable to keep the
momentum going into the fourth set as they fell 3-1 (15-25, 11-25,
25-22, 19-25). The Bulldogs record now stands a 2-6 overall and 0-3
in the MIAA.
In the third set, the Bulldogs started the match hot winning 11
of the first 15 points and were able to hang out to send the game
into a fourth. With the game tied at 18-18 in the fourth set, the
Scots rallied off seven out of the next eight points to seal the
victory.

Tincknell led the offense with a season-high 15 kills.
Tincknell also led the Bulldogs with five block assists. Sophomore
Stephanie
Holloman put down seven kills, three block assists and two
service aces. Freshman Danielle
Bogedin had six kills and a block assist. Junior Joanna
Slisinger and sophomore Kristy
DeClercq aided the offense with a combined 28 assists.
Adrian will take the week off as their next game will be
Saturday, September 18 as they host Oberlin at 3:00 p.m.
