ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College women's volleyball team continued their push toward a berth in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) tournament when they earned a 3-1 victory on road against Albion (25-21, 21-25, 27-25, 25-19). Adrian's Jordan Brisson, Margo Joubran and Cassadine Reed all recorded double digit kills with 14, 10 and 10 respectively. Rachel Wathen (24), Olivia Welch (24) and Haley Mellon (23) all tallied double digit digs for the match.

The Bulldogs (13-11, 8-6) jumped out to a 1-0 lead winning the first set 25-21 before the Britons (14-13, 4-10) tied the match with a 25-21 win in the second set. Adrian would win the third and fourth set to earn the victory.

The Bulldogs are in sole possession of third in the MIAA standings with the win and Trine loss to Alma. Adrian will look to keep in the running for the MIAA tournament when they host no. 4 Calvin in their final home game of the season. The match is set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
