HOW IT HAPPENED

• Adrian took the 1-0 lead after a 25-18 win in set one.

• Albion would respond by winning three straight sets to pull out the 3-1 victory over the Bulldogs.

TOP DOGS

• Margo Joubran (18, 16) and Olivia Welch (12, 22) both tallied a double-double in kills and digs.

• Marisa Dion paced the offense with 42 assists.

• Haley Mellon led the defense with 29 digs. Jessica Walters also tallied 18 digs for the Bulldogs.

• Cassadine Reed had a team-high four block assists.

THE OPPOSITION

• Kelsey Gustafson and Lauren Outwater led the tam with 16 kills. Stephanie Thurner (11 kills) and Taylor Rosenthal (10 kills) also contributed offensively.

• Ami Milligan had 46 assists in the match.

• Monica Shuk (33), Milligan (24), Angela Adams (18) and Outwater (16) led the team in digs.

MIAA STANDINGS

• The loss puts the Bulldogs in fourth place in the standings with a 9-7 conference record.
