HOW IT HAPPENED

• Carthage jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead
• Adrian would cut the lead in half by scoring the next two goals
• The Lady Reds and the Bulldogs would each trade two straight goals to make the score 6-4 in favor of Carthage going into halftime
• Adrian would strike first in the second half to cut the lead to one before the Lady Reds would score the next five goals to put the score out of reach

TOP DOGS

• Alex Branum scored two goals for Adrian
• She would also tally one ground ball and two draw controls
• Annie Rice, Ava Cares, Margaret Krause and Annika Nuler all scored one goal for the Bulldogs
• McDevitt recorded three ground balls and four caused turnovers

THE OPPOSITION

• Four Lady Reds scored two goals each: Rachel Mussell, Kara Vana, Maddie Griffin and Elizabet Wittenberg
• Mussell also tallied four ground balls
• Bryanna Barrera recorded 14 draw controls
