LANSING, Mich. -- The Adrian College Men's and Women's Cross Country teams ran on Saturday at the Division 3 Pre-National meet hosted by Olivet College. The Bulldogs fought hard with some of the best teams in the country.
 
On the Women's Side:
The Lady Bulldogs were paced by Emme Koutz (24:46) who placed 158th out of a field containing 316 runners. Following behind was Emma Frost (26:33), Sydney Wilkie (27:23), Hannah Rouse (27:47), Sara Bower (27:53), Elena Sands (27:58), Taylor Sempf (28:03) to round out the top 7 for the girls.
 
On the Men's Side:
The Bulldogs were led by Robert Diebold (26:42), Brett Carlisle (27:04), and Will Houvener (27:15) who all placed in the top half of the competition consisting of 329 runners. Ethan Handley (28:36), Clayton Lynch (28:38), Matthew Fletcher (29:13) and Tim Bilen (29:14) rounded out the rest of the top 7.
 
The team returns to action at Oberlin College on October 15th.
