ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College football routed Kalamazoo College on Saturday, 42-17.
Firing On All Cylinders
After the completion of the first half tonight, it marked the third time this season where the Bulldogs scored 35 or more points in a half. It was also the fourth time this season that the Bulldogs held a team to three points or less going into halftime.
Six Decades Of Dominance
Since 1977 the Bulldogs have boasted a 34-10-2 record against Kalamazoo. Looking more recently in the 2000's era, since November 10, 2001, the Bulldogs have accumulated an 18-3 record against the Hornets.
Top Dawgs
Keontae Townsend and
Steven Moses scored two touchdowns each in the first half to help propel the Bulldogs to a 32-point lead entering the third quarter.
Fifth-year senior
Brandon Kwiatkowski corralled his third and fourth interceptions of the year, marking his sixth and seventh interceptions of his career. Saturday marked Kwiatkowski's first multi-interception game of his career.
With 5:12 remaining in the third,
Manuel Cole, recorded the first sack of his career.

The Bulldogs play their next two games on the road, starting with Albion College on Saturday, October 29 at 12 P.M. The Bulldogs will try to win a second consecutive game against the Brits, something they haven't accomplished in the series since the 2016 and '17 seasons. The following week, Adrian faces Alma College at 1 P.M. and will conclude its season with Senior Day at Docking Stadium on Saturday, November 12, at 1 P.M. against Olivet College.
